At 2:00-3:30 pm of July 11th, 2018, the Finance Department ofUP Trans Company organized theme training on ‘Basic Knowledge of Corporate Financing’, and colleagues from the Finance Department participated in the training.

This training mainly introduces the knowledge of financing entities, financing targets, financing classifications, financial institutions' evaluation methods of financing entities, financing entities' considerations in financing, and how to write financing reports. It focuses on a detailed interpretation of the ‘assessment method of financial institutions on the main body of financing’. It turns out that financial institutions must evaluate the quality of corporate leaders, corporate economic strength, capital structure, operating efficiency, and development prospects As many as 30 rigorous evaluations before reaching financing cooperation with companies. Each with scientific scores, evaluation methods and standards, etc., only companies with excellent scores can be recognized and obtained financing.

Question: As the lecturer of this training, what are your goals and expectations when designing the training theme and content?



Answer: As a department manager, not only in the work we must strictly require every employee to do their own job, but also through training so that employees can gradually improve their professional level and work ability. Only in this way can they be suitable for the continuous development of enterprises, when the enterprise continues to grow, there can be many ‘financial managers’ and ‘financial directors’ .

Answer: The entire training process was successfully completed. I would like to thank every colleague of the Finance Department for their support and participation.

I am very happy and feel that our Finance Department is a very united team, a team that loves learning and requires upward progress. As a qualified manager, you must teach staff fish and teach staff how to fish. Through training, I have achieved my initial goal, everyone knows how to raise funds and what to do after financing.

Answer: Practical. Especially in the part of ‘Evaluation methods of financial institutions on financing entities’, which clearly lists every requirement and scoring weight, it has a strong guiding function in the preparation of financing materials.


Question: After participating in this training, what are your personal gains and feelings?

Answer: Through this training, I have a more in-depth and detailed understanding of the specific matters and the specific scoring ratio of the data that should be paid attention to when providing loan information. In the future, when preparing the company's loan information, there will be standards that can be referred to. I will make internal adjustments in the company in advance to make it easier to be approved when it is reported. The financing amount will be relatively high.





Question: Do you have any suggestions regarding the organization of this training and the preparation of training materials?

A: The overall feeling is pretty good. It would be better if you add some elements to the preparation of training materials. For example, it would be more interesting to make the document into a PPT with more pictures and cases.


Question: What are your expectations for the company and department to organize training work?

Answer: I still hope that there will be more learning and training opportunities, which are useful for personal knowledge storage and business ability improvement, and also help to improve work efficiency. If company or department organizes training, it is recommended that everyone can learn together as long as they have time.
