In May 2020, our company organized office employees to intensively learn the skills of EXCEL office software, to help employees to improve work efficiency.

Training silhouette

The training starts on May 9th and will last until mid of June, it will be scheduled every Saturday morning. The training adopts video training method. The training process is divided into following parts: opening-course-interactive Q&A-after-class exercises. The training content is practical, the lecturer explains the profound knowledge in a simple way and the lecturer is humorous. All the participating employees are serious and active, the key content is recorded in detail during the course, bond with personal job, actively think and ask questions. After class, staff continues to watch the teaching video and complete the exercises assigned by teachers.

Review summary

Although all the employees participating in the training have used excel office software before, the use of various operating skills, pivot tables, functions and other tools in the course still deeply attracts everyone and arouses strong learning interest and discussion. As the saying goes ‘learning from the past and learning the new’, excel advanced training not only helps employees to improve work efficiency, but also opens up a new way of thinking for everyone, that is, keep improving and grow diligently.
