After the Excel training course is over, the Administration Department organizes an Excel training satisfaction survey, and meanwhile collects opinions on future training needs. The survey shows that this training provides practical skills to trainees and helps to improve work efficiency. Trainees affirm the courses and training organization. The interaction and practice during the training need to be improved. For further training, staff hopes to still focus on improving office software and professional skills.



Through the summary analysis of training needs and our company's business characteristics, we have formulated: PPT, Word office software training, soft skills courses for the first communication class for staff, methodology courses for mind mapping courses, and basic management of understanding financial statements courses, as well as industry lectures into the world of "supply chain", a total of 6 courses, a total of 28 class hours.



The scope of application of this training course is wide, office software skills improvement is suitable for office personnel. Financial statement course is suitable for management personnel. Effective communication, mind mapping, and industry lectures are courses covering all employees.
