Since August 10th, our company has established a departmental morning meeting mechanism. Each department spends 10 minutes a day to summarize the content of yesterday's work, clarify the work goals of the day, to promote employee’s communications, and boost employee’s morale.

Through the implementation of the morning meeting for one week, the effect gradually became apparent. First, the holding of the morning meeting further standardizes the concept of time, discipline, and image of employees, and increases the sense of collective consciousness of employees’. Secondly, it increases the opportunities for employees to communicate and connect, the atmosphere of the department morning meeting is more active than that of all members meeting of our company, that employees can speak freely and show personal opinions and characteristics. In the meantime, staff also learned about the tasks and goals of other colleagues, and the cooperation and coordination became smoother. Third, enhance the sense of purpose and sense of control of employees’. The first thing to do at work every day is to clarify personal work goals, it helps to promote employees to enter work faster.
