Since the group launched the training activities of ‘All staff training and learning, and diligently growing together’, the company has continued to organize training activities once a week for 2 months. At the beginning of August, the group training ended the PPT course study and organized a learning achievement presentation class. Every trainee used the PPT production skills learned to edit a PPT, and the content and themes were not limited.

The content of the course display is colorful, introducing the company, introducing their hometown, promoting environmental protection, explaining summer safety, and novice mothers telling the first experience of raising a baby... Every participant actively uses the knowledge points learned in the course to present PPT content.

After the presentation class, the editor conducted a small interview with everyone.

Some colleagues made a PPT for the first time. They all said: The first time I made a complete PPT by myself, it was a breakthrough for me and a sense of accomplishment. Let me realize that even if it seems difficult, as long as I study seriously and treat it with my heart, I will eventually have the confidence to do it well with my hands.

There is also a part of colleagues who have a certain foundation in PPT production, who think: the content in the course is very practical and learned a lot of PPT production skills, the enrichment of the layout, the use of icons, and the beautification of charts... In short, now, I have basic skills of transforming a plain PPT to a fine PPT.

At the perfect ending of the PPT course, we opened the ‘Mind Mapping’ training class. The use of mind mapping can help us better organize our work ideas and enhance work planning and logic. In addition to hand-drawn mind maps, the teacher recommends Xmind and other mind mapping software, so that we can easily master the use of mind maps.
