The first self-built ship of UP Trans, Lushen 001, has been put in operation for several months. At the end of October, we returned to Changsha Port for short-term maintenance. Lushen 001 is a bulk carrier with a length of 99.8 meters, a width of 16.8 meters, a load capacity of 5,000 tons, and set up an automatic scaffold. The main routes are the Yangtze River Basin, the Xiangjiang River Basin and its tributaries, and carry bulk cargo such as grain, ore, coal, and steel.

Our colleagues learned of the news that Lushen 001 berthed at Changsha Port, and applied to board the ship to visit and study. Under the leadership of Vice President Huang Xin, the Shipping Department of Lushen Company organized some colleagues to board the ship to visit and study.

Captain of Lushen 001 warmly received everyone and introduced the various functional areas of the ship and the jobs of other crew members to our logistics colleagues. Logistical colleagues have also experienced the majesty of being a ‘captain’, sitting in the driver's seat with far-sightedness and strategizing.

This visit and study strengthened the communication between the frontline crew and the logistics colleagues, and also allowed the logistics colleagues to further understand the work and life scenes of the frontline crews, enhance mutual understanding and comprehension, and actively promote the cooperation and communications between departments.
