In order to improve the professionalization level of the company's middle and senior managers, and strengthen the in-depth communication of managers and the collision of thinking, since October 2019, the UP Trans has continued to hold 9 managerial training activities.
Management training activities are continuously organized once a week. The training activities are carried out by video learning and on-site lectures by the group's internal trainers. The training content includes business knowledge, industry knowledge, management skills, customer service skills, etc. The training was organized by the company's human resources department, and all departments actively cooperated and participated in it.
