On January 18th, General Manager Yang Heyu of UP Trans presided over the ‘Group Managers' 2019 Work Debriefing Meeting’. All managers of our group participated in the meeting and reported their duties one by one. Chairman Xiao attended the meeting and made comments. All debriefing staff reported in detail their work performance in 2019, deeply summarized experience and lessons, analyzed the problems and causes in detail, and put forward reasonable work ideas and goals for 2020.
The meeting process is carried out in an orderly manner according to the reporting order of the business department first and then the functional department. The meeting focused on a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the work and proposed corresponding solutions. Chairman Xiao and GM Yang respectively from the company strategy and business management levels, give detailed and objective comments to each debriefing staff.
The summary of experience is to move forward better. Group Managers' 2019 Work Debriefing Meeting, through reports, discussions and comments, strengthened the exchange of ideas and thinking collision among management staff, which not only conducted an in-depth summary of the work in 2019, and clarified the work ideas for 2020. It has strengthened the in-depth understanding and work confidence within the management team.
