On March 5^th, a train full of WPF powder departed from Changsha to a large iron and steel group in Loudi. This was the last process of the UP Trans' batch of shipments. The UP Trans adopted the full logistics model for this batch, it started from the sea vessel pick up and unloading the cargo, and until the special train line approached.

On February 20^th, Ningshuangshun and other 3 river ships carried this batch of WPF powder from Zhangjiagang and arrived at Chenglingji Wharf on February 28th.

The transfer operation started on March 1^st and was delivered to Tongguan Port. The transfer operation was collaboratively completed by UP Trans’ own ships Xiangjiang 1, Xiangjiang 2 and Changtong 1.

On March 5^th, the first special train line was delivered to the customer's factory.

The entire logistics model requires strict management, flexible coordination and good resource integration capabilities. Total logistics is a transportation mode widely recognized by customers. First, total logistics provides customers with more access channels, guarantees supply and production, and meets production needs. Secondly, shipping + train special line delivery is not only efficient but only reduces customers’ transportation cost. Thirdly, the entry of trains is also a more environmentally friendly transportation plan, which is in line with the environmental protection policy being pursued in our country.

At present, the transportation of special train lines can reach the delivery volume of 1 train per day. Now UP Trans is still revamping the delivery site, after the transformation, the daily delivery volume is expected to increase by three times. By then, it will add special train lines to Xiangtan, Huaihua and other cities.
